A special Plan to Thrive event with visiting US practitioners Sage Hayes and Claudia Horwitz.

The intersection of activism, liberation and embodiment is a doorway which invites us to move closer to ourselves and each other.

The Liberation of Being will offer both individual and collective experiences to connect to your lineage of liberation, help you stay grounded in the work of social change, better understand the nature of groups, and build capacity to increase your personal medicine of presence.

This daylong workshop will focus on:

  • Deepening awareness practices through breath and movement
  • Understanding resilience and trauma in the body
  • Connecting with past and future lineage as a dynamic resource
  • Balancing healthy process and clear outcomes in justice work
  • Growing capacity for skillful group leadership

The workshop will draw on a range of modalities, frameworks and practices including Somatic Experiencing, yoga, Systems Constellations, Results-Based Leadership and more.

The Liberation of Being is an Activist Wellbeing Workshop organised by Plan To Thrive, and facilitated by US activists and practitioners Sage Hayes and Claudia Horwitz.

sagehayes2Sage Hayes facilitates embodied transformation through the use of Somatic Experiencing, craniosacral therapy, Family Constellations and intuition.

Sage works with groups to generate collective healing.

Claudia-HorwitzClaudia Horwitz has been working as a facilitator and trainer in movement building for 25 years.

She’s the author of The Spiritual Activist, a yoga teacher and focuses on strengthening the spiritual capacity of social justice leaders and efforts.
